Bid/Buy Process for Post-Sale Inspection Auctions

This is the process we will use for buying vehicles that we are unable to PHYSICALLY INSPECT.

• You review the vehicle list I sent you and send me the VIN numbers of anything that looks interesting.
• For vehicles running THRU THE BLOCK (normal auction process) We review the CR (condition report), GRADE and photos. We PASS on any vehicles that do not have a CR/GRADE/PICTURES unless it is running on OVE.COM. OVE.COM vehicles come with a NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY so as long as we order a PSI (post sale inspection, we are safe to buy without a CR.
• You take this information and decide what your favorites are and what you want to bid on them (You can call me and we can discuss the variables)
• I prepare an ALL-IN EXCEL SHEET covering EVERYTHING (tax, tag, fees, shipping if applicable, etc)
• We make a list with our choices in order of favorites and our MAX BID.
• On auction day, I will bid on them and keep you informed as the vehicles go thru.
• If we win a bid, within 24 hours you would wire the wholesale amount directly to the AUCTION CENTER we bought the vehicle from. The balance (fee's, taxes, etc.) would be wired to my account afterward.
• I arrange the shipping directly to you, or to our shop.
• You would scan and email me your D/L, Insurance, and Tag Registration if we are doing a tag transfer.
