You are charged nothing up-front, nothing for researching any vehicles low-average-high WHOLESALE prices. The fee is based on what we spend/save and it averages out at 10% of the purchase price with a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $1,500. BOTTOM LINE: I have to warrant whatever fee I charge! ALSO: You DO NOT send me payment for any vehicle. You pay DIRECTLY to the auction we buy from and only pay my fee after confirmation of purchase. My fee, paid AFTER we purchase a vehicle is non-refundable but is 100% credited toward any future purchase with no additional fee and no time limit if we return a vehicle for ANY reason (See "How long will you send weekly updates").

We are based in Orlando, Florida (the largest auction center in the U.S.A.). We can find a vehicle anywhere in the U.S.A. Also, if you are looking for ONLY SOUTHERN VEHICLES (No Winters) we make sure vehicle has not been registered in any northern state.

Just remember this. Where I buy vehicles, wholesalers are buying vehicles in bulk to sell to dealerships and dealerships are buying for their lots with a mark-up anywhere from 30-50% and higher depending on the deal they get. Compare this to my fee of 10% maximum. You especially save more on any vehicle over $15,000 because I max my fee at $1,500 for the sole reason that I think anymore then that is just plain greed! I will show you the average price you can expect to pay so you can compare this to what you can find "retail" and then you can decide if this is the way to go.

Yes! I have an account with www.centraldispatch.com so I get REALLY CHEAP shipping and you can request the rate for anywhere we might see a vehicle.

No, but I will process your pre-approved bank loan.

After you have received 6-8 weeks of PS UPDATES and have not found anything worth further investigation, or have not made any contact, we may need to revise your search or it may be put on hold as I want to concentrate on those customers eager to find a vehicle within their requirements.

No, because I am not a used car dealer or work at a dealership. I have my dealer license for the sole purpose of BYPASSING the dealership's high mark-up and unfair low balling on the value of your vehicle. I can help you sell your car though, so feel free to discuss this with me when we talk.

Manheim has set the industry standard for buying and selling used vehicles at live auctions and online. Manheim brings together qualified sellers and volume buyers of used vehicles that include automotive dealerships, banks, car rental agencies, car manufacturers and government agencies. Manheim offers its customers a reliable and secure market in which to purchase a variety of vehicles and services that no other remarketing provider can match.

The MMR is the averaged out price done by a computer program. If 10 vehicles sold between $15K and $20K, the computer will spit out $17.5K....So based on each vehicle, we will look at the miles, the condition, the sub-model, the options, etc...and guesstimate what a vehicle will sell for and what our max bid will be....I can explain more about this when we talk. THIS IS NOT WHAT THE VEHICLE WILL SELL FOR. It may be less or more depending on different factors as mentioned above as well as factors such as how many people are bidding on it…etc…

The CONDITION REPORT (the number) is a deciding factor on the end price:

NOTE: CONDITON REPORTS GO LIKE THIS:
0=VERY ROUGH, 1=ROUGH, 2= BELOW AVERAGE, 3= AVERAGE, 4= CLEAN, 5= ALMOST NEW

I PERSONALLY, LIKE THE 2 AND 3's and after pre-inspections (WHICH I / WE DO DAY BEFORE THE AUCTION), the lower graded vehicles can be AMAZING DEALS, as the MMR's are lower due mostly to cosmetic issues and are not really that bad (usually just dirty interior, scuffs, scratches, normal wear stuff) and the Manheim inspectors detail EVERYTHING because they don't want simulcast bidders complaining. This is why they over emphasis most issues and issue lower grades.

Background
To allow dealers to enjoy the convenience of buying wholesale vehicles online and still 'kick the tires' of the vehicles they purchase, Manheim has implemented a no-questions-asked, buy back guarantee for all qualifying purchases made on OVE.com and for all qualifying purchases made during its Online Event Sales on Manheim Simulcast.
The policy works by allowing the Buyer (Purchasing Dealer) to return any qualifying vehicle* purchased on OVE.com, or purchased during Online Event Sales on Manheim Simulcast to any Manheim Operating Location or participating independent auction within 14 calendar days of purchase (Sale Day = Day No.1) with satisfaction guaranteed. The policy does not include vehicles sold “As Is,” specialty vehicles, salvage vehicles or heavy trucks. All terms of the policy must be met, including the purchase and successful completion of a full PSI, in order for a vehicle purchase to “qualify.” Dealers should read the policy carefully and adhere to all policy terms.
Policy Terms
Under terms of the policy, all Manheim and participating independent auctions will repurchase any qualifying vehicle* sold on OVE.com or through Online Event Sales on Manheim Simulcast, for a period of 14 calendar days total of Sale Day (Sale Day = Day No.1). The Purchasing Dealer will be required to return the vehicle to a U.S. Manheim Operating Location, or participating independent auction at their own expense.
Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer is only valid for United States dealers purchasing qualifying vehicles*from facilitating locations within the United States.

This policy applies to all Manheim U.S locations. Non-Manheim facilitation locations are not required to participate in Manheim’s National Online Buy Back Policy for OVE.com and Online Event Sales on Simulcast, so dealers should contact these facilities before purchasing to confirm their participation in this policy.

The Purchasing Dealer must purchase a Frame and Mechanical (Full) PSI from the facilitation location at the time of purchase and the vehicle must pass the PSI for this policy to be in effect.

“As Is” vehicles are not covered under the terms of the Manheim’s National Online Buy Back Policy for OVE.com and Online Event Sales on Simulcast.

The vehicle must be returned to a Manheim Operating Location, or participating independent auction, within 14 calendar days total of Sale Day (Sale Day = Day No.1). Vehicles can be returned to any Manheim
Manheim’s National Buy Back Policy for OVE.com and Online Event Sales on Simulcast
Operating Location or participating independent auction regardless of the original Facilitating Location.

Total purchase price of the vehicle cannot exceed $40,000.00.

No refunds will be granted for success, facilitation, or buy fees, PSI fees; transportation fees, or any additional costs incurred by the Purchasing Dealer, including, without limitation, costs for reconditioning or body work, tires, labor, transportation or any additional costs associated with the transaction.

Refund will only include the purchase price of the vehicle not to exceed 102% of average MMR at the time the vehicle was purchased.

Vehicle condition at the time of return must be the same or better as when purchased as determined by the facilitating location.

The following mileage limits and terms apply:

OVE.COM is the dealers version of eBay...there may be a starting bid, a minimum reserve, and a BUY NOW PRICE PRICE which I can get you if you send me the VIN....OVE sellers can ASK whatever they want, and as your Auto Auction Broker - If you are interested in an OVE car I will call the Dealer and try to negotiate a better price for you.

Yes, at the auctions I buy from, we receive a 14 day / 250 mile guarantee AND some vehicles come with a "no questions asked" return policy. Returning a vehicle is very rare...Unless the problem is unfixable, you will receive a check for 100% of the repair amount to fix the problem (example: pwr window not working) THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES OF MY SERVICE SO feel free to ask for full details.

Yes. Because Manheim does a pre-sales condition report as well as offering a POST-SALE INSPECTION they offer a 14day/250Mile guarantee!

This is the process we'll use for buying vehicles from Manheim Orlando and Central Florida where I am able to PHYSICALLY INSPECT vehicles.

  • You review the vehicle list I sent you and send me the VIN numbers of anything that looks interesting.
  • I send you CR, larger pictures and you take this information and decide what your favorites are and what you want to bid on them.
  • I prepare an ALL-IN EXCEL SHEET covering EVERYTHING (tax, tag, fees, shipping if applicable, etc)
  • We make a list with our choices in order of favorites and our MAX BID.
  • On auction day, I will bid on them and keep you informed as the vehicles go thru.
  • If we win a bid, within 24 hours you would meet me at the auction center with a certified check made out to the auction center for the wholesale amount. If you can't make it within the 24 hours, we can make alternate arrangements.
  • I put a dealer plate on the vehicle and drive it to my shop where we do the paperwork, pay the taxes, my fee and I issue you a temp tag or tag transfer for you current plate.
  • If you have a pre-approved bank loan or can’t come to pick up vehicle within the 48 hours, we have alternate payment/pick-up/delivery options and we can discuss your specific needs during our next conversation.
  • You would scan and email me your D/L, Insurance, and Tag Registration if we are doing a tag transfer.
  • If the vehicle does not have pictures or a CR report (RARE) then I will go inspect them physically. I drive vehicles/ pop the hood, inspect everything, and make notes and take pictures for you.

This is the process we will use for buying vehicles that we are unable to PHYSICALLY INSPECT.

  • You review the vehicle list I sent you and send me the VIN numbers of anything that looks interesting.
  • For vehicles running THRU THE BLOCK (normal auction process) We review the CR (condition report), GRADE and photos. We PASS on any vehicles that do not have a CR/GRADE/PICTURES unless it is running on OVE.COM. OVE.COM vehicles come with a NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY so as long as we order a PSI (post sale inspection, we are safe to buy without a CR.
  • You take this information and decide what your favorites are and what you want to bid on them (You can call me and we can discuss the variables)
  • If we win a bid, within 24 hours you would wire the wholesale amount directly to the AUCTION CENTER we bought the vehicle from. The balance (fee's, taxes, etc.) would be wired to my account afterward.
  • I arrange the shipping directly to you, or to our shop.
  • You would scan and email me your D/L, Insurance, and Tag Registration if we are doing a tag transfer.

A CR is a condition report, comments and description done by Manheim Auction.

An SD is a Sellers' Disclosure - A comment or description done by the seller not manheim auction. Manheim is CR - See our FAQ on what is a CR.
